We are pleased to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo Partnerships & Interline team as a Cargo Interline & Partnerships Manager in our office in Doha.

In this role, you will responsible to create, maintain and develop cargo partnerships with other airlines. You will identify potential airline partners to develop traffic at mutually beneficial conditions and strategically develop cargo business with passenger airline strategic
- alliance
- and equity partners.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, analyze and develop potential cargo partnerships with carriers that bring the most network benefit to QR Cargo, this includes preparing business case, memo (Excel & PowerPoint) for c-suites
  • Overall responsible for strategic partnerships performance; by leading the development of business with partner airlines at mutually beneficial commercial conditions considering QR strategic requirements.
  • Manage revenue increase initiatives through interline sales on capacity where it is beneficial to the QR network and partnership.
  • Support Manager Cargo Strategic Partnerships to create tactical plans to meet commercial objectives as set by management and provide feedback on the performance of these commercial objectives regularly in a structured way.
  • Use professional network and industry sources to continuously identify opportunities and initiate action to further develop interline business.

Qualifications:

About you

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum of 6 years of jobrelated experience within the airline / air cargo industry
  • Strong knowledge and experience in airline partnerships and alliances with a track record of contract negotiation and implementation, previous experience with partnerships, merger, acquisition is preferred
  • Advanced business case and memo writing and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Highly data and process driven with excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple, time
- sensitive deliverables and competing priorities
