Responsibilities:


  • Take charge of our online stores, ensuring smooth operations, timely updates, and efficient order processing.
  • Engage with customers via Instagram, promptly responding to queries, providing product information, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Welcome and assist walkin clients, guiding them through our product range and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Thrive under pressure, effectively managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Collaborate with different teams to coordinate and support outdoor sales activities, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in managing online stores, handling Instagram queries, and serving walkin clients.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships and address customer needs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail. Bilingual (Arabic & English) will be preferred.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Sales Coordinator: 3 years (preferred)


Language:


  • English (preferred)
