• Be a claims advocate for clients;take claim calls, complete site visits as necessary for severelosses and promptly submit to carrier.
• Analyze,prioritize and interpret information drawing accurate conclusionswith minimal guidelines; review and analyze policy(ies) to ensureany and all coverage that is applicable is triggered in the eventof a loss.
• See claims issues through toresolution while effectively communicating with client and internalteam members on the status of theclaim.
• Proficiently maintain agency managementsystem data for accuracy.
