    • Supports the SHES Lead in the siteimplementation and verification of the Onshore EPC SHES Plans& Procedures, across all EPCpackages.
    • Supports Onshore EPC activities withoversight to the EPC CONTRACTOR and SUBCONTRACTOR(s) on siteactivities during project execution to ensure compliance with NFSOnshore & RLIC SHES requirements.
    • Helpsensure that the Onshore SHES requirements are planned, implemented,verified and that where necessary, improvement opportunities arediscussed and executed.

    YourTasks

    • Supports the Onshore EPC project inall SHES related disciplines and scope of work. Shall be flexibleand team-orientated. Supports the SHES Lead as part of the PMT SHESrepresentative for site activities.
    • Providesoversight in field for newly onboarded EPC CONTRACTOR,SUBCONTRACTOR(s) and Vendors, to verify understanding andcompliance to project SHES requirements. Monitor site SHES programsand safe work practices, and review and evaluate data/ information/systems as required.
    • Champion on-site SHESawareness and safe performance with CONTRACTOR and among PMT. Dailyattendance of Tool-Box Talks (TBT) and Task Instructions (TI),providing coaching and leadership to CONTRACTOR and itsSUBCONTRACTOR(s) to ensure this fundamental communication tools areused to its optimum levels.
    • Supports the SHESLead in providing oversight and guidance for site SHES andRegulatory compliance and performance during project fieldworkincluding compliance to RLC regulatory requirements. Review theCONTRACTOR SHES Plan & Procedure implementation atsite.
    • Verification of SHES site resourceallocation, competencies and performance in assigned area ofresponsibility. Monitor newly mobilized SHES personnel. Providementoring and promote development of SHESpersonnel
    • Supports the establishment andmaintenance of strong safety cultures in line with the Qatar EnergyLNG and Project vision, mission and values. Support and promote theproject Observation & Intervention program and the Incidentand Injury Free (IIF) program.
    • Provides supportto the SHES Lead when interface with internal/external groups arerequired, e.g. Major Projects, CONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTOR(s), RLC,and etc.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership andvisible presence for in-field activities to build the safetyculture and continual improvement on the project, through allphases of the work includingSIMOPS.
    • Participates in safety meetings asneeded, including Area Leadership Team (ALT) meetings, andparticipates in meetings involving CONTRACTOR safetyproblems/incidents. Supports the SHES Lead (when required) in theparticipation of site safety reviews, walkthroughs, audits,pre-start up safety reviews, investigations SHES assessmentsetc.
