Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


Creative Leadership:


  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement creative strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and concepts for branding, campaigns, and other visual projects.
  • Assist in setting the creative direction for projects and campaigns.

Project Management:


  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when necessary for designrelated projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing, product, and content creators to understand project requirements and deliver effective designs.
  • Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Stay Updated:


  • Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative skills.
