We are looking for a results-oriented ERP support specialist with programming and BI tools Experience to successfully integrate and Support our ERP software.

You will be collaborating with senior managers to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems and deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions and working on day-to-day support task.


ERP Specialist Responsibilities:


  • Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
  • Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.
  • Developing userfriendly functionalities and interfaces.
  • Installing ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
  • Providing technical support and training ERP endusers.
  • Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.
  • Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred.
years of experience as an ERP specialist / support / programmer or relevant in a related industry.

  • Must have Experience in handling medium to large organization support.
  • A background in Retail Software support and business administration, project management, or a related field will be an advantage.
  • Experience in writing SQL scripts and programming codes.
  • Experience in reporting or BI tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, Tableau etc.
  • Indepth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Quick Learner.

Pay:
QAR4, QAR5,000.00 per month
