Business Development Officer
Job Summary:
A Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating and implementing strategies to promote growth, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
The job description of a Business Development Officer may vary depending on the company or industry, but generally includes the following duties and responsibilities:- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
- Creating and implementing growth strategies
- Managing projects and teams.
- Conducting market research and analysis.
- Analyzing and reporting on business performance.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Setting up facetoface meetings between potential customers and the company representative.
- Research for new tenders.
- Assist in preparing for tenders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or master's degree with focusing in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration
- At least 3 years of Extensive sales experience in the industry
- Ability to generate revenue
- Pro Active and can build a strong client relationship
- Ability for consistently following up for pending client proposal and can be calm under pressure.
- Excellent in presentation, Communication and negotiation skills
- Must be locally available in Qatar or willing to be relocated.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- 3 years and above (preferred)
