• Strives to improve serviceperformance.
• Develops and manages Food andBeverage budget.
• Monitors thedepartment's actual and projected sales to ensure revenuegoals are met or exceeded and opportunities are identified andaddressed.
• Ensures cash control and liquorcontrol policies are in place in food & beverage areas andfollowed by all related employees.
• Focuses onmaintaining profit margins without compromising guest or employeesatisfaction.
