Ensure effective relationship with HR Business Partner(s) and department heads; advise hiring managers on job descriptions, competencies, and recruitment approach, selection methods as and when required.


  • Manage and guide the recruitment team in meeting recruitment targets by closely following up on active vacancies, having optimal recruitment strategy in place to ensure quality and timely closure of position. Manage escalation from and to the business.
  • Coordinate with HRMS team to ensure optimal recruitment systems are in place in order to minimize HR efforts exerted and recruiting cycle time. Continuously improve processes, and be responsible for audit clearance
  • Support internal and external audits of assigned area of responsibility; lead closure of negative observations, minor/major non compliances
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • 810 years relevant experience in HR and/or recruitment, including 3 years leading recruitment function for a corporate organization
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and job portals
  • Business fluent English; Arabic is a plus
  • Solid knowledge, gained thru handon experiences, of end to end recruitment techniques and processes.
  • Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain industry experience preferred.
  • Exposure to best in class recruitment and assessment practices.

Salary:
QAR30, QAR35,000.00 per month
