Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a VMware Workspace ONE Advanced Specialist with expertise in AirWatch. In this role you will be responsible for the design implementation and maintenance of VMware Workspace ONE Advanced solutions including the AirWatch component. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective deployment and management of mobile devices applications and security policies within our organization.
Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Architecture:

• Design and architect VMware Workspace ONE Advanced solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies for integrating AirWatch components to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

1. Implementation and Deployment:

• Lead the implementation and deployment of VMware Workspace ONE Advanced solutions.
• Configure and customize AirWatch policies to meet security and compliance standards.
• Integrate Workspace ONE with existing systems applications and directory services.

1. Mobile Device Management (MDM):

• Manage the complete lifecycle of mobile devices including provisioning monitoring and decommissioning.
• Implement and enforce MDM policies to ensure the security and compliance of mobile devices.

1. Application Management:

• Configure and manage application deployment through VMware Workspace ONE.
• Ensure seamless integration of applications with AirWatch for efficient distribution and updates.

1. Security and Compliance:

• Implement security measures and protocols for mobile devices and applications.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with organizational security policies.

1. Troubleshooting and Support:

• Provide technical support for VMware Workspace ONE Advanced and AirWatchrelated issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device management application deployment and security policies.

1. Documentation and Training:

• Create and maintain documentation for VMware Workspace ONE Advanced configurations and processes.
• Provide training and guidance to endusers and support teams on the use and management of Workspace ONE solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing VMware Workspace ONE Advanced solutions.
• Expertise in configuring and managing AirWatch for mobile device management.
• Strong understanding of security best practices related to mobile device management.
• Experience in integrating Workspace ONE with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications (preferred):

• VMware Certified Professional Digital Workspace (VCPDW)
• VMware Certified Technical Associate Digital Workspace (VCTADW)
• AirWatch Enterprise Mobility Associate (ACMA)
