Overview:

The IT System Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the organizations IT infrastructure ensuring its smooth operation and providing technical support to employees. This role is essential for ensuring that all IT systems and tools are functioning optimally and that any issues are addressed promptly to minimize disruption to the business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications
• Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliable operation of IT infrastructure
• Implement and maintain network security measures
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for ITrelated services
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Manage backup and recovery procedures for IT systems and data
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
• Train employees on the use of IT systems and tools
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on IT projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Professional certification in system administration or relevant technology (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
• 3 years of experience in IT support and system administration
• Expertise in troubleshooting hardware software and network issues
• Knowledge of network security principles and practices
• Experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
