Department
OPERATIONS ENGINEERING - DUKHAN


Primary purpose of job
Responsible for the management, receipt, registration, distribution, dispatch, archiving and disposition of all project related

documents, data sheets, drawings, manual etc and validation of contractor submitted documentation.

Prepare and update procedure related to Project Document Management.

Plan, initiate, implements and updates the project document control system.

Receive and review all project documents related to various projects from contractor, vendor and consultant etc.

Responsible for coordinating and organizing the archival & disposal of project documents as per contractual requirements.

Plan & establish and maintain automated filing systems which allows management to maintain, archive project documents.


Experience & Skills
8 years of relevant experience in Document control.

Working knowledge of ISO standards.

Well versed with Project Document Management systems


Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent, an engineering degree with a understanding of drawings and projects is preferable.
