Great Hill is seeking a Team Lead - Senior Open Source Intelligence in Doha, Qatar.


Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and orchestrate a program level OSINT program.
  • Lead a team of OSINT analysts to produce OSINT reports as part of a program level OSINT strategy that integrates with and Program level CI strategy.
  • Direct analysts to conduct risk assessments across a wide range of topics, including transnational and critical infrastructure threats, military capabilities, leadership intentions, and threat networks.
  • Direct Analysts to research opensource data and determine whether it as pertinent or nonpertinent to mission requirements.
  • Participates in analytical meetings or conferences with team members.
  • Drafts project level OSINT report updates and integration into the larger project and for leadership.
  • Directs analysts to prepare and update databases of collected source material.
  • Works as part of a multiintelligence discipline team providing OSINT expertise.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Must possess current Top-Secret clearance eligibility.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • 5 years of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) experience.
  • Must be Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., OS301/OS302, CASO, OBC, defense or IC equivalent (DIA OS1, FBI OS101))
  • Familiarity with Commercial and JWICS OSINT Tools and databases.
  • Intelligence experience in a fusion environment. Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines' capabilities, limitations, and platforms to include HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT.
  • Demonstrated experience leading an OSINT or Intel related team
  • Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis.
  • Experience with accessing, researching, and exploiting global and regional digital platforms.

Desired Skills:


  • Counterintelligence or Counterintelligence Analysis background
  • Foreign language capabilities
  • Completion of other Media Analysis Courses
  • Strong knowledge of politics, foreign policy, military, and trending threats within the assigned area of responsibility (AOR)
  • Strong knowledge of advanced Internetbased research, including Boolean logic, advanced research techniques, search engine and database resources, and Internet sources, including social media, social networking tools, and commercial and industrybased databases
