• Manage the relationship with the related key senior business stakeholders of the for the allocated PuGs to ensure a high level of service orientation
• Setup a strategic plan for the domain, challenging and adding to PuG strategies, and reflecting domain business needs and goals
• Set, communicate and ensure delivery of PuGs spend and Contribution targets,
• Lead strategic procurement projects and initiatives across the related PuGs
• Lead implementation and ensure adherence to governance mechanisms across SP&CM / Tender process for the relevant PuGs
• Develop long-term relationships with strategic suppliers in coordination with the Supplier Management function within the PuG domain
• Guide PuG buyers in development of the relevant PuG strategies, and ensure alignment, integration and maximization of synergies across PuGs
• Support development and execution of sourcing strategies and implementation plans for all PuG related acquisitions
