Role:
Site Engineer

Ensure quality control and manage administrative tasks for all stages of a construction project.


Responsibilities:

• Supervise the overall flow of site construction related activities under company obligations to client.
• Supervise the workers and monitoring the work progress, including planning the work and efficiently organizing the workers.
• Inspection of workers proper work outfit and equipments and tools.
• Prepare and submit status report as required.
• Resolve any site construction problem and providing technical advice.
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawing.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (Architects, Engineers and Supervisors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Overseeing the quality control and health & safety matters on site.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Daily report to General Manager for

a. Manpower availability; who are present and absent to work.

b. Required materials to site; cement, sand, marble/granite, equipment, tools and anything needed.

c. Performance of each mason; quality of work and quantity of work accomplished each day.

d. Feedback about anything related to construction progress.


Qualifications:

• Should have a minimum of 5+ years Experience in the same filed.
• Any Nationality.
• Must be available in Doha-Qatar.
• With Transferable Visa or NOC.
• Can Join Immediately.
• Should have Qatar Driver's License with own Car.
• Proficiency in project management tools for effective coordination.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problemsolving abilities.
