The incumbent will be responsible for driving vehicles to and from the parking, drive the staff to and from various locations as per operational requirements and assist in the transportation needs for all official purposes.


  • Coordinate and perform all transport for staff and visitors and official purposes as per operational requirements.
  • Assist staff and visitors with opening car doors and escorts them safely to the building lift, when required.
  • Maintains proper care and use of all vehicles.
  • Ensure awareness of locations of all PHCC facilities.
  • Always ensure a secure and safe use of the transportation service for all staff and visitors.
  • Always keep the vehicles clean and tidy.
  • Attend departmental communication meetings & training sessions and operate in line with the instructions received.
  • Ensure strict adherence to PHCC policies and procedures as applicable.
  • Ensure Strict Adherence to Traffic rules and regulations in the State of Qatar.
  • Demonstrate behaviours that promote positive customer relations with staff, patients, and visitors.
  • To have good knowledge of the safety and emergency procedures.
  • Employees are mandated to work as per their work schedule and report to the office on time. The position holder must be flexible in working any shifts including morning, evening, or night shifts, based on the operational requirements of the Corporation. Position holder may work on public holidays and weekends as per operational requirements.
  • High School Certificate
  • Possession of a valid driving license in the State of Qatar Experience & Knowledge Requirement
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in a similar role.
  • A fair degree of motivation and selfdiscipline.
  • Readily and effectively communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.
  • Courteous and accommodating attitude.
  • Proactive and approachable, with good interpersonal skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Pay:
QAR3,000.00 per month


Experience:

- similar role: 3 years (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • Qatar Driving license (preferred)
