What will I bedoing?

As the AssistantDirector of Sales, you will be responsible for performing thefollowing tasks to the highest standards:

• Participate in the development andexecution of the hotel marketing plan.
• Completerelevant courses of Hilton University on time and ensure to passthe test.
• Be familiar with hotel productknowledge and related activities.
• Responsiblefor the promotion and sales of all products of the hotel, includingbut not limited to rooms, catering, banquets,etc.
• Complete sales targets and related tasksset by the hotel.
• Develop sales plans andobtain approval from the Director of Sales or Commercial Director,maintaining and developing customers in the region or industryaccording to the plan.
