    Supports Workon EmployerBranding

    • Assiststo strategies and drive ongoing progressive and best practices inenhancing employer branding as an employer ofchoice.
    • Assists to sustain thehotel's position as an employer of choice and a leadingworld-class hospitality icon.
    • Assists tobenchmark against the best-in-class not only within internationaland local hospitality but across all industriesworldwide.
    • Coordinates with MarketingCommunications in work related to employerbranding.
    • Assists in the preparation andsubmission of Talent and Culture relatedawards.

    Selects andRecruits the Right and BestTalents

    • Workswith Operational Executive, Department Heads and Section Heads todevelop and propose plans relating to manpower requirements inensuring that the hotel is correctly staffed according to theprojected level of business.
    • Determinesrecruitment needs and develops strategies for different profiles ofcandidates.
    • Analyze and communicate withLeaders to action their department recruitmentneeds
    • Lead and own the recruitment process forhotel.
    • Promotes and administers thehotel's colleague referralprogram.
    • Ensures prompt and accurate posting ofjob vacancies on various sites - hotel website, job and schoolportals, etc.
    • Organizes, coordinates andparticipates actively in recruitment campaigns e.g. career and jobfairs.
    • Sources for passive candidatesproactively.
    • Manages selection processes forsuccessful recruitment placement.
    • Assesses andevaluates prospective Heartists.
    • Initiateemployment contracts, background checks and referencechecks.
    • Discusses package expectation withcandidates before making job offers.
    • Ensuressmooth transition and onboarding experience to the Talent andCulture operations team upon completion of successful joboffers.
    • Facilitate and maintain matrix ofinternal movements, transfers, retirements,resignations.
    • Ensure proactive and robustrecruitment process through effective forecasting, analytics andcommunication with departmentheads.
