    Designation- Operation Manager/Operation Lead

    Required Experience – 8+ years

    Location- Qatar

    Job description

    • Should be able to drive all the HR backend operation-related activities.
    • Experience in operations management, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering operational excellence for the Recruitment industry /Manpower services /Human resource function.
    • Strong in all backend functions which includes-Contract drafting, periodically reminder of existing contract/agreement renewable, streamlining payroll process, interaction with sales and finance team raising invoices on time, payment collections.
    • Driving Operations and Support Teams (Sales admin, Client operation-HR, Payroll) to ensure delivery per the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
    • Closely work with the group finance team to resolve all financial-related issues raised by the client.
    • Connect with the client for the outsourced candidate's timesheet.
    • Understand the client requirement & accordingly deliver the required back-end support to the sales team.
    • Maintaining all the records related to statutory audits.
    • Provide innovative solutions and objectives analysis, for improvements.
    • A keen planner with strategic skills in backend team building as per the volume of project and require number of outsource professionals.
    • Maintaining a high Client Satisfaction Level by ensuring high Service Delivery Level
    • Ensuring Zero Escalations
    • High degree of Client interaction
    • Reviewing & interpreting the market trends/ client feedback to attend to the business strategies as per the requirements & expectations
    • Enhancing Customer relationships through continuous process enhancements & cost-effective measures.
    • Excellent command in MS Excel.

    Credit and invoicing Operations

    • To ensure timely collection of bills
    • By following up with the central invoicing team for time Bill generation
    • Submitting Bills with the Client and ensuring payment within the credit period
    • Reduction in Debtor Days by timely submission of Invoice & ensuring Collections on time
