- Proven experience as a Fast FoodRestaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the fast-foodindustry.
- Strong knowledge of fast-food operations,including inventory management, food safety, and quality control.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skillsto successfully oversee pre-opening and launch activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills tocollaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, make sounddecisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related tofood service operations in Qatar.
- Flexibility to workevenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the pre-openingand launch phases.
