    Une opportunité d'emploi passionnante

    L'Hôtel Mercure Alger Aéroport recrute un Chef Stewarding expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre département de nettoyage et de gestion des équipements en cuisine et restauration.

    Missions principales

    • Superviser et coordonner les activités du département Stewarding (nettoyage de la vaisselle, entretien des cuisines et des équipements).
      • Assurer le bon entretien et la gestion des stocks de vaisselle, ustensiles et équipements de cuisine.
        • Superviser les équipes de stewards et veiller à l’efficacité et la qualité de leur travail.
          • Garantir la conformité des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur.
            • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de cuisine et de restauration pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels.
              • Organiser les plannings et assurer la formation continue de l’équipe.
                • Participer à la gestion des coûts liés à la section Stewarding.

                Qualifications requises

                • Expérience confirmée en tant que Chef Stewarding ou dans un poste similaire dans le secteur hôtelier ou de la restauration.
                  • Connaissance approfondie des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et des procédures liées au département Stewarding.
                    • Leadership, capacité à gérer une équipe et à travailler en collaboration avec les autres départements.
                      • Sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur.
                        • Autonomie, réactivité et gestion du stress.
                          • Maîtrise du français.
