    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Nova Labs. This role combines technical sales with business acumen, targeting individuals excited about the intersection of software and business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Full sales cycle ownership, from initial contact to post-sale account management for upselling purposes.
    2. Conduct consultative conversations with customers to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
    3. Proactive customer follow-ups to ensure their needs have been met effectively.
    4. Ongoing process optimization to improve sales efficiency.
    5. Participate in regular team reviews and updates on business progress and best practices.
    6. Sell our diverse SaaS offering across various industries.
    7. Prepare and present reports to senior management, including financial and sales data.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    1. A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
    2. Demonstrated expertise in direct new business sales and cross-sales, with partnership experience considered an asset.
    3. Experience negotiating contracts and navigating legal discussions.
    4. An extensive network of customers with a proven ability to deliver value at senior levels.
    5. A track record of success as a self-starter, results-oriented individual who is adaptable and inquisitive.
    6. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, think critically, and communicate effectively.
    7. Results-driven, analytical, and self-motivated, with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets.
    8. A team player with a competitive attitude, capable of solving problems and achieving goals.
    9. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
    10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
