    • To coordinate and directly support to the various departments that allow the organization to operate efficiently.
    • Coordinate all administrative activities in relation to office and warehouse
    • Maintain good filing practices of compliance related documents
    • Arrange necessary safety environment & equipment to work for the employees
    • Negotiate contractual conditions and prices with the suppliers & provide the LPO as required
    • Monitor the working condition of each existing company's assets
    • Coordinate with the various Insurance companies and arrange and renew the fire & safety insurance for office and warehouses
    • Quality Management & Audit-Documentation and reports
    • Responsible for overall building maintenance (Preventive, Reactive, Proactive maintenance ) Sourcing and overseeing Annual Maintenance Contract -AMC contracted services, managing budgets, negotiating and cost reduction as low as practical and reasonable.
    • Give induction training to new joiners about facility, health, and safety, incident and accident reporting, life safety and emergency evacuation awareness and awareness about Food watch as per Dubai municipality food authority and Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority for Abu Dhabi.
    • Responsible for tracking, follow-up, coordination of expiry and renewal process of company's product certification scheme such as Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA), Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS) and HALAL.

    • Proficient in MS office, reporting programs
    • Experience in Administration
    • Coordination, planning & organization skills, quality orientation
    • Fluency in English, attention to details
    • Certifications required as below –

    HACCP &ISO14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 & NEBOSH Certification

    Lead Auditor Certification -FSSC 2200- Food Safety Management System
