Job Title:
IT Executive (Digitalization Project)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives
Lead the technical implementation of the digitalization project, ensuring that all technology solutions are designed and implemented to meet business requirements
Manage and oversee the implementation of Microsoft Office products, including Teams and SharePoint, to support the digitalization project
Provide guidance and support to crossfunctional teams to ensure successful adoption of new technology solutions.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that external service providers are delivering quality services on time and within budget.
Conduct regular assessments of technology needs and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the organization's future technology requirements
Provide regular status updates to senior management and other stakeholders on the progress of the digitalization project
Monitor and manage project risks and issues, ensuring that mitigation plans are in place to address any potential roadblocks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in an IT lead role, with a focus on digital transformation projects
Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Teams and SharePoint is a must.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new technology solutions
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with external service providers
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical issues and recommend solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Salary:
From QAR5,500.00 per month
