About the role


Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Flight Operations team as Lead Training & Development Officer.


In this role you will utilize instructional design and project management principles for gathering requirements from SMEs, developing storyboards, updating relevant content, reference materials, creating scenario-based assessments, implementing gamification techniques and designing high quality interactive eLearning experiences.

This will also include the creation of motion graphics videos and video animations using graphics design software to make the learning more enhanced and engaging.

All projects need to be effectively managed and completed as per agreed timeframes whilst ensuring company standards / compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications:

About you

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years airline jobrelated experience.
  • Familiarity with multimedia tools, graphic design, animation and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and project management methodologies.
  • Experience of developing courses and exams using eLearning authoring tools.
  • Understanding of LMS software and functionality.
  • Preferable aviation or training industry experience.
  • Possess interpersonal skills and have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
