• Prepare marine and non-marinetenders and cost estimates;
• Perform estimatingtasks as assigned, ensuring that the estimating services providedwould enhance the company's image as being a full serviceprovider and competitively priced contractor;
• Review, inspect, clarify, interpret and develop detailed scope ofwork for every project/job enquired by theclient;
• Prepare quotations based onclient's repairs specifications, visit the sites/vesselsfor estimating the job scope prior to preparing quotes. Preparetechnical tender specifications and forward to Manager - Estimation& Invoicing;
• Monitor the given job inprogress with the estimated time frame and budgeted cost &plan;
• Seek cost / estimate for materials andspecialist / subcontractor's jobs;
• Visit on-board ship / work site for work follow up and preparationof additional quotes/Invoicing on daily basis;
• Prepare and submit daily update cost to client for majorprojects;
• Finalize repair invoices with ownerprior to departure of vessel;
• Prepare draftinvoice with details pertaining to quoted prices, actual bookingcost, cost incurred and forward to Manager - Estimation &Invoicing;
• Coordinate with other departmentswithin the Company for issues relating to all kinds of resourceplans for cost estimation of jobs;
• Coordinatewith the sales team to meet the customerexpectation;
• Perform any other duties assignedby Manager - Estimation & Invoicing and V.P. - Shipyard.
