• Reports to theskipper

• Participates in all emergencies anddrills.
• Responds to all emergencies and act asper given duties.
• Reports any unsafe activitiesto skipper.
• Provide a personal service to allthe guests fully aware and following the hotel standards andprocedures by developing high quality relationship with guests fromthe moment they arrive.
• Ensure that all guestsare greeted and receive a warm welcome.
• Manageany guests complain in a professional manner, if you resolving tothe guests satisfaction make sure you handover it to yoursupervisor or your manager.
• Ask for supervisoror manager help in serious case.
• Be aware ofall hotel facilities, operating timing, and to promote the internalactivities and events.
• Be updated with thelatest administrative, organizational, operational or other changesand news.
• To attend a daily briefing with thefront office team to recapitulate the tasks andactivities.
• Maintain an atmosphere of highmorale and a happy working relationship among theteam.
• To report for the duty punctually wearingthe uniform and the name tag. Maintain a high standard of personalappearance and adhere to the hotel department appearancestandard.
• Meet and greets arrival and departureguests and provide necessary assistance.
• Ensurethe updated safety and promotional videos are displayed or ifunable to play the video, demonstrate the safety instruction at thebeginning of the trip.
• Ensure all the guestshas been informed by the announcement speech at the beginning andthe end of each trip.
• Coordinate with your teamto ensure smooth transfer arrangements forguests
• Perform the checklist as required.Ensure that vessels are clean and tidy, arrange flowers, water,dates, magazines and other amenitiesrequired.
• Participate in STCW courses or anyother external training required by local or companyregulations.
