Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical
- Electrical
- HVAC) with 10 years of experience preferably in the field of Facility Management;
- MMUP
- UPDA accredited and preferably with QCDD certification.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, costeffective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Perform quality controls and monitor operational KPIs and SLAs;
- Able to plan and establish strategic decisions.

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
License/Certification:
- MMUP/ UPDA accredited (preferred)
- QCDD certification; (preferred)
- Qatar Driving License (preferred)
