Qualifications

1. Medical Degree from an Accredited University
2. Medical License
3. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
4. Committed to the healthcare management and the communities we serve
5. Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
6. A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System

Responsibilities

1. Full-time Family Medicine Specialist
2. Excellent primary care referral base with a patient panel on day one
3. Using a lens of equity in all aspects of patient care delivery, education, and research to promote policies and practices to allow opportunities for all to thrive and reach their potential
4. Serving as a role model confronting negative scenarios and inappropriate actions by speaking up, challenging exclusionary organizational practices, and standing side-by-side in support of colleagues who experience discrimination
