1.Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Preparing the agenda, calling, scheduling, and preparing for meetings that requested by chairman or any of board member.
- Attending meetings whenever it is required and taking the necessary minutes of those meetings.
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven related experience as secretary to General Manager
*Proficiency in business writing is a must.
*Locally available with valid RP.

- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
- secretary: 2 years (required)
