Responsibilities:


  • Guideline for miniproduct launches
  • Supervise the implementation of visual planograms and displays
  • Leading the VM's branch opening
  • Creating a store opening pack for merchandising plan, NTI, and visual communication
  • Negotiate better pricing for all vendor requirements
  • Coordinate NTI topup orders for current branches
  • Coordinating with vendors and projects team for branch openings
  • Sample followups and Raising PO's
  • Review product information (new receipts, promotions, bottom sellers) and develop merchandising plan in partnership with the Visual Merchandise Manager
  • Meet deadlines to ensure that stores receive all visual directives on time
  • Partners with other Visual Merchandising Managers in the development, introduction and implementation of new merchandising techniques and product placement
  • Check stock on the sales floor and ensure a quick reaction to display and feature new products when delivered
  • In partnership with the Area Manager, ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and contest goals
  • Review visual merchandising implementations, as well as its sales performance
  • Review and adjust the displays to help boost its performance
  • Create field updates using the visit audit checklist for discussion on Monday morning business meetings, hot topics and other changes in direction
  • Run mini VM workshops every month on critical sections for training and development for the VM team

Salary:
QAR9, QAR12,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
