NPosition TypeNon-ManagementPOSITION SUMMARY Provide assistance with regards towork-out related queries and conduct fitness led sessions whilstrespecting brand standards and maintaining a high level ofprofessionalism.
Wipe down fitness center machines and removetowels, trash, and debris from fitness center area. Maintain anadequate supply of cups and water in recreation area. Clean fitnessand recreation area restrooms and showers. Obtain, fold, and stacktowels according to company procedures. Distribute lockers andtowels to guests. Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, andequipment and inform supervisor/manager of low supply items.Provide information to guests about available recreation facilitiesand activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilityintended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Provideassistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medicalservices. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreationfacility.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions tomanager; complete safety training and certifications. Followcompany policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personalappearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information; protect company assets.
Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipateand address guests service needs; assist individuals withdisabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak withothers using clear and professional language; answer telephonesusing appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive workingrelationships with others. Comply with quality assuranceexpectations and standards. Visually inspect tools, equipment, ormachines (e.g., to identify defects). Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift,carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to50 pounds without assistance. Move over sloping, uneven, orslippery surfaces. Reach overhead and below the knees, includingbending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
