    7. Monitor market trends to maintain a competitive advantage, staying ahead of the competition through continuous learning and professional development.
    8. Manage a team of IT professionals, aligning their efforts with business goals and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    1. Possess 10–15 years of experience in IT business development and sales within Qatar or the MENA region, with a track record of securing contracts with both public and private sector organizations.
    2. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields, complemented by professional certifications in sales, project management, or IT services.
    3. Display a strong understanding of Qatar's IT market, including cybersecurity, ERP, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure, enabling effective decision-making and strategy development.
