SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Lead Tech providesour core services to our clients while providing an excellentcustomer service These services include but may not be limited towindow cleaning, pressure washing, rain gutter cleaning, awningcleaning and solar panel

ESSENTIALDUTIES

• Completes assigned work orders while hittingkey effective hourly rate
  
• Maintains a customer satisfaction rating at4 or 5 at all times to achieve an increase in customersatisfaction, profitability and repeat
  
• Uses schedulingsoftware to track job times
  
• May be required to train inexperienced
  

Maintains cleanand safe work site by following safety rules and procedures andwearing personal protective equipment as

• Attendsstaff meetings and training as
  
• Performs other duties as
