Job Role Requirements:
The role will be to lead in company in bringing new corporate deals.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients for Qatar Territory and pitch for new deals to some of Qatar's most valuable Prospective Corporate Members, Private Offices and HNI individuals.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Preferred background/experience: Hospitality & Travel Management
- Luxury brands.
- Luxury lifestyle (local and international Knowledge).
- Previous experience with handling Corporate Clients.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Reactive problem solving.
- Ability to work towards deadlines.
- Strong online research skills.
- A 'Can-Do' attitude.
- Passionate about deal making.
- Strong work ethics.
- Self-Starter.
Hours of Work:
Standard terms will include working 45 hours per week, 6 days out of 7.
Key Duties:
- Approaching Private and Corporate clients to be members in Qatar.
- Conducting research and putting together proposals.
- Maintaining an accurate log of what Corporates want and how to make our program better.
- Representing Company at networking events.
- Meeting individual and team KPIs
Salary:
QAR8, QAR10,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Business Developments: 5 years (preferred)
- luxury sector: 1 year (preferred)
