What You'llDo

• Designing, implementing, and leadingwellbeing and mental health programs and access to quality care,including their various associated service solutions, awareness,and promotion efforts to ensure they meet quality, cost andemployee satisfaction objectives and the organization'soverall long term care strategy
• Developing,implementing, and maintaining a benefits communication andeducation program and plan to enhance employee understanding ofbenefit programs
• Make recommendations toimprove and streamline processes while ensuring quality standardsare maintained
• Partner with U.S. and Globalhealth strategy partners and provide operational insight in thedesign of new and existing programs, as well as with internalpartners (Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR Business Partners, HRSystems) and external partners to improve awareness of programs andemployee experience
