Youll focus onusing business software applications to prepare reports receivingand directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate partiesarranging business travel tracking expenses and coordinatingmeeting arrangements.

    As an Associate youll work aspart of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex businessissues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills andresponsibilities for this management level include but are notlimited to:

    • Tooperate the switchboard and handle reception area activities.
    • Serves as the first point of contact with thefirm and the office for visitors and callers.
    • Handle all internal and external inquiries andcarry out administrative activities of the front office.
    • Adhere to the allocated budget for theadministrative function of the office.
    • Greetvisitors and make sure all callers and visitors are dealt withpromptly courteously and accurately.
    • Ensurevisitors are made comfortable met on a timely basis by their hostshown to the appropriate room and assisted with parking ifrelevant.
    • Operate the switchboard screen androute incoming telephone calls take messages and answer incomingqueries.
    • Maintain visitor and caller logs.
    • Answer queries from visitors and callers andrefers them to the appropriate person.
    • Performgeneral maintenance of the reception area.
    • Manage client room bookings.
    • Manage smart office catering invoices ensuringcost centers & approvals are submitted.
    • Manage smart office parking & supportstaff for adhoc booking.
    • Manage flooroperations eg. cleaning FM.
    • Act in accordancewith regulations.
    • Perform other administrativeduties as required.
    • Manage &overlooking for the mailroom for outside delivery / courierservices with the help of the office administrators.
    • Grant temp access card for the staff ifneeded.
    • Manage OAs and make sure they submittheir leaves.
    • Work towards being a highquality internal service provider and ensure that alladministrative support requirements are being met.
    • Act as a key resource and liaison to otherfunctional areas of the business building crossfunctionalrelationships as needed .
