Required Designation:
Quality Assurance EngineerExperience:5+ Years' experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control related activities in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry

Knowledge, Skills and Work Experience:
1)

Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools and techniques.2) Experience in establishment, implementation, monitoring, assessment and continual improvement of QMS in accordance with the Legal & regulatory requirements, ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements etc. in all the activities of the Organization.3) Experience in Quality management for EPC, Turnaround and Maintenance projects in the Middle East Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries.4) Knowledge of the Codes, Standards and quality specification requirements in the Oil & Gas industry.5) Hands on experience in process flow mapping and gap analysis.6) Experience in delivering Quality management systems training.7) Experience in conducting QMS Internal Audits and Supplier Audits.8) Hands on experience to prepare comprehensive audit reports following the internal audit and supplier audits, provide clear and actionable insights for improvement.9) Experience in attending client and third-party audits.10) Experience in reviewing supplier/subcontractor prequalification documents.11) Experience in Quality surveillance inspections.12) Experience/ ability to review tender documents and submit bid documentation and clarifications related to QA/QC.13) Ability to review contract package and perform capability assessment or gap analysis to quality requirements identified.14) Hands on experience to develop and implement project quality plan, ITP, QA/QC procedures etc. 15) Experience to review and analyze QA/QC documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.16) Hands on experience in quality performance data analysis and preparation of quality performance reports.

Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical.
ISO 9001:2015 Lead AuditorCSWIP 3.1ASNT NDT Level II (UT, RT, PT, MT)

ASQ CQEComputer Knowledge:
