Responsibilities:


  • Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new healthcare (nurses, doctors, healthcare affiliates) employees
  • Onboarding and orienting new hires.
  • Processing medical licensing of new hires.
  • Managing employee records and benefits
  • Handling employee relations, including addressing complaints and resolving conflicts.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HRrelated matters
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Conducting performance evaluations and managing employee performance improvement plans

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Knowledgeable in medical licensing in Qatar.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Protecting the interests of all employees.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Salary:
QAR7, QAR9,000.00 per month
