As part of our continued growth and expansion, we seek a skilled Technical Admin Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in technology.

As a Technical Admin Executive, you will support our technical operations and management team. Your role will involve administrative responsibilities and technical support tasks, requiring organizational understanding and technical prowess.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the technical team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of technical projects.
  • Manage and maintain technical documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Serve as a liaison between the technical team and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Support the management team with project tracking, resource allocation, and deadline management.
  • Handle technical inquiries and provide basic technical support as needed.
  • Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and technical procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical, administrative role, preferably in an IT or techrelated environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical terms and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical staff.
  • Detailoriented with a problemsolving mindset.
