Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, network configurations, and system compatibility.
  • Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain detailed records of support provided.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of support documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for agents on technical features or issue resolution processes.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (25 years) in technical support, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for software, hardware, and networkrelated issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing software, and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to nontechnical users.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Certifications (contact center technology certificates e.g., CISCO/Avaya/ CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.

Salary:
QAR5, QAR6,000.00 per month
