    Seekinga full-time .Net developer to support multiple technicalinitiatives including, but not limited to: the BioID system,Criminal History System, Automated Biometric Identification System(ABIS), LiveScan, Minnesota Repository of Arrest Photos (MRAP),Rapid ID, AFIS Workload Reporting, Archive Service, AutomatedFingerprint Identification System (AFIS) and future MNJIS technicalinitiatives, asneeded.

    Ata high level, willbuild,deploy and test software applications and modules using automatedtest and deployment technologies andtools. Provide direction inidentifying appropriate technical solutions (application and systemlevel) that meets business objectives, which include definingtechnical alternatives to derive the most cost-effective solutionsto meet clientrequirements.
    Workwith planning managers, architects, business analysts, qualityassurance analysts and agencies to define and transform businessrequirements into technical design and programming specificationsconforming to the systemarchitecture.
    Implemententerprise solutions following established BCA patterns inapplication development and datasecurity.
    Build,deploy and test software applications and modules using automatedtest and deployment technologies andtools.
    Providedirection in identifying appropriate technical solutions(application and system level) that meets business objectives,which include defining technical alternatives to derive the mostcost-effective solutions to meet clientrequirements.
    Reviewtest cases and test plans in conjunction with quality assurancestaff.
    Executeunit and integration testingprocedures.

    Theresource must follow a hybrid approach with a minimum of 2 days inthe office (days onsite and telecommuting could shift based on teamschedules and BCA policies).

    1.Seven years of experiencedeveloping ASP .NET MVC applications withC#

    2.Five years of experiencedeveloping inXQuery

    3.Three years of experiencedeveloping with Java (core Java developmentlanguage)

    1.Experience using EntityFramework

    2.Experience writing T-SQL forMS SQLServer

    3.Experience working withMarkLogic

    4.Experiencewithin an Agile Scrum developmentteam
