- *_Accounting -
- **Oversee the daytoday accounting.
- Formalizing accountingpolicies & procedures.
- Timely closing ofaccounts on monthly & yearly basis.
- Timelyclosing of Internal & Statutory audit.
- Providingguidance & training to subordinates for upskilling._Financial Management_
- Cash flow planning &management, in line with budgets.
- Coordinating,negotiating with Bankers/ Financial institutions
- TimelyReporting & compliances as per terms sheet.
- Arranging short term and /or long term, fund based / non fundbasedcredit limits.
- Introduction of Cost Control Measures
- Insurance management & credit riskmanagement
