*Arelevant horticulturist qualification is essential for thisrole*

• Minimum5 years relevant experience, preferably including people management
  
• Aproven track record of delivering an excellent customer experiencewith an understanding of how this drives sales and affects thebottom
  
• A keenunderstanding of our business with strong commercial awareness /business
  
• Excellent interpersonal,communication and leadership
  
• Strongorganisation, planning and time management skills with excellentattention to
  
• Ability to work in adynamic and fast-moving
  
• Ability todemonstrate initiative with a solutions-oriented
  
• Self-motivated and prepared to beflexible when the occasion
  
• Proficient IT skills including MSOffice, POS, email
  

KeyResponsibilities

• Deliver onour commitment to excellence in customer
  
• Leada motivated, engaged & enabled garden centre sales
  
• Control and analysesales performance for relevant categories against budget so thatstore targets and Key Performance Indicators are met and
  
• Deliver excellent standardsconsistently in line with business
  
• Ensure compliance with companypolicies & procedures; legislative requirements and audit
  
• Assist in management duties asrequired, including keyholder
  
• Proactively support the StoreManager to deliver on agreedobjectives
  
• Any other activities asrequired in order to ensure the successful operation of the gardencentre and overall
