    OPERATIONS

    • On a daily basis responsible forinteracting with the customer to ensure:
      • Minimumorder quantity
      • Displays/storeplanogram.
    • Responsiblefor interacting with customers in gathering stock status andensuring share of shelf.
    • Thorough positiveinteraction and responsiveness to ensures customersatisfaction.
    • Checks validity of municipalapprovals for promotions
    • Reviews and updatesplanogram with the trade marketing team
    • Worktowards achieving the units short term monthlygoals.
    • Provides leave coverage whenrequired.

    Others(analysis, People Management, Innovation)

    • Gathers and analyze easily availablestock data to ensure that merchandizing principles such as First inFirst Out are adhered to.
    • Gathers and analyzecompetitor price trends, new product introduction and recommendschange/ price to next levelmanagement.
    • Analyses stock movement trends toprovide reports on non-moving and slow movingstocks.
    • When required mentors newmerchandiser.
    • Identifies merchandising processimprovement opportunities and provides information to next level inorder to facilitate change or improvement.
    • Usesvisual creativity in displays to ensure product offtake.

    Skills

    • Fluent inEnglish
    • Qatar light vehicle driving license ismandatory.
    • Minimum 1 year experience ofmerchandising
    • At least 1 year of Background ina similar FMCG distributorbusiness
