_Key Responsibilities:
_


  • Maintenance Strategy Development:_
- _Design and implement effective maintenance plans based on experience & vendors documents & using FMECA and RBM or RCM methodologies._
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives._

  • CMMS Implementation:_
- _Oversee the integration of maintenance plans in CMMS to enhance maintenance efficiency._
- _Ensure accurate data input and system integrity for optimal performance._

  • Criticality Assessment:_
- _Evaluate equipment criticality to prioritize maintenance efforts and resources effectively._
- _Identify and mitigate potential risks to enhance equipment reliability._

  • Continuous Improvement:_
- _Proactively identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and strategies._
- _Implement best practices to enhance overall equipment reliability and performance._

  • Documentation and Reporting:_
- _Maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance plans and activities._
- _Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators and suggest improvements._

  • Qualifications:_
- _Bachelor's degree in Engineering_
- _Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies._
- _Proficiency in using FMECA, RBM, RCM, and CMMS tools._
- _Strong analytical skills with attention to detail._
- _Excellent communication and collaboration skills._


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
