Supervise and manage HVAC technicians in the Oil & Gas sector.

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all HVAC maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure HVAC systems meet operational requirements.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels of HVAC spare parts and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Train and mentor HVAC technicians on best practices and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to HVAC maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement of HVAC materials.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Proven experience in supervising HVAC technicians and managing maintenance activities.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Certification in HVAC systems or related field is a plus.
  • Immediate availability to join the team.
