Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for accounting and finance? We are currently seeking an Accountant to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes


Responsibilities:
Daily sales reconciliation and updating excel records. Recording cash and credit card transactions in the books of accounts. Entering corporate credit card transactions on a daily/weekly basis. Updating and distributing sales reports to the concerned parties. Assisting in the processing of utility bills and arranging payments through corporate credit cards. Supporting the preparation of tax returns, with a focus on WHT (Withholding Tax). Collaborating in payroll preparation. Verifying and vouching for petty cash expenses, ensuring accurate accounting in the books. Assisting in completing the annual audit and providing necessary financial data to auditors. Managing payments to suppliers.
