ARCHITECT DESIGNER / SITE ENGINEER

We need an Architect Designer and at the same time can work in the site as Site Engineer.

ARCHITECT DESIGNER - Job Description

  • Plan and design the layouts for Interior and exterior projects, buildings and landscapes.
  • Using 3D Max to create realistic 3D designs after finishing the architectural plans
  • Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.
  • Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.
  • Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval.
  • Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients

ARCHITECT SITE ENGINEER - Job Description:
The Site Engineer is responsible for the overall supervision of construction and finishing projects from start to finish.

This includes following up on the work on-site, supervising subcontractors, laborers, and technicians, adhering to the schedule, and ensuring that the work is done with the required quality and at the planned cost while eliminating waste.


Salary:
From QAR5,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
