As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of the Qatar Airways Cargo Operations Team in Doha as a Senior Cargo Operational Performance Reporting Analyst.

You will lead, develop, review and re-build operational reporting requirements to ensure visibility on all key metrics.

Responsible for providing analysis of operational indicators and operational business performance to the operations management team.

Work with the procedures and standards team on providing analytical performance data and process reviews. Provide analysis on trends and provide reasoning through data support.

Review processes and operational problems offering solutions and process re-design where required.


Some of the tasks include:

  • To take overall responsibility for operational reporting, data storage, KPIs and process improvements.
  • Responsibility for providing analysis on key metrics and reasoning for changes in operational performance.
  • Engage the team to ensure creation and maintenance of welldefined station and market information documents and drive to create efficiencies through easy access, sharing and handover of data, reports and processes.
  • Develop key reports and build dashboards for operational areas, including Special Products teams, Quality, Operations, Dangerous Goods and to the Ops management team.
  • Responsibility on monitoring CiQ metrics for Freight forwarders and GHAs in a timely manner.
  • To prepare the analytical and presentational responsibilities for department reporting.

Qualifications


About you

  • Relevant University Qualification (Min BSc)
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Data Analytics Tool ( Power BI/Tableau/QlikView )


  • MS Office

  • Excel as well as others.
  • Six Sigme Qualification is preferred
  • Knowledge of Cargo Operations and performance indicators.
